We hereby acknowledge receipt of your submission request for the following Event: Dreiländertreffen Herzinsuffizienz from 2023-09-28 to 2023-09-30 in Göttingen, Germany (herewith referred to as the "Event").

As of 1 January 2023, all Event submissions must be made no later than 50 days prior to the Event starting date, via the online Ethical MedTech submission form. Submissions made after the 50-day deadline will automatically be attributed the final status "not assessed/late submission". No exception will be allowed.
Should any information be missing or insufficiently detailed, we will contact you prior to issuing our decision. The event submitter is responsible for providing proactively via the platform all the detailed information pertaining to the scientific programme, the registration fees details for participants, the hospitality and social programme included in the fees for participants. Web links are not sufficient, submitters must upload a summary document.

Based on the review process explained on www.ethicalmedtech.eu Compliance Officers will endeavour to issue an assessment of this Event within 35 calendar days. This is an indicative time frame and it may vary.
