At Retrosia, we want you to feel like everything is the perfect for you, however, if there's an issue, you may send it back within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to exchange, give you a store credit or provide you a refund.

SHIPPING POLICY
We provide free shipping on all orders. We prepare most items within 3-5 working days of your order date. Your order will be shipped via standard free shipping (12-15 woking days) or expedite shipping: DHL or FedEx, whose transit times are generally 5 to 7 working days.
REFUND OPTIONS
We give you an initial 3 days to inspect your items for of item(s) quality-related issue or wrong size or any error on our part, in which case we will take the return shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any related expenses. Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less return shipping fees and return duty (if any).
HOW TO MAKE RETURNS
Email our customer service to initiate a return and clarify return reason, provide information of your order number, necessary 4-6 images of condition of the item(s). We will process your return and provide return address within two business days once it has been received. Once you receive approval, you should pack your item carefully for return. Make sure you include all packing materials, parts, and gifts into the original box. All returned items must be in their original condition, in the same packaging.
NOT RETURNABE ITEMS
A few items can not be returned, such as items on the Clearance Sale, items purchased with gift cards, customized items. Unfortunately, items that have been used, washed or modified are not returnable.
DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES
Change address before shipping is accepted, contact our customer service if possible. The address can not be modified should your item has been shipped. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return them after received.
REFUNDS
When the item is back to our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less return shipping fees and return duty (if any) within seven working days. Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
